Suitsupply is Hiring a Salesforce Administrator Near Amsterdam, NH
What you will do:
- Identify opportunities and implement improvements to enhance customer service processes and user experience within Salesforce Service Cloud
- Improve existing automation processes using workflows, validation rules, process builder, and other automation tools to improve service efficiency.
- Provide user support to the customer service team and other Salesforce users
- Conduct training sessions to ensure all team members are proficient in using Salesforce Service Cloud effectively
- Create KI’s and share them with the Customer Service team Collaborate with the IT development team to integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems and applications.
- Evaluate, install, and configure AppExchange applications to extend the functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data maintenance tasks and data validation checks
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into service performance, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Who you are:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role is preferred. Keen interest in is tech is required.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and best practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools
- Experience with data management, reporting, and dashboard creation within Salesforce
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange applications on a functional level
- Detail oriented problem solver with string analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams effectively
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Continuous learner with the ability to stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and industry trends
